A quick overview of myself. I have coached a few of my kids machine pitch baseball teams. Last year I helped coached my daughters machine pitch softball team at LG. This is my first time coaching at the kid pitch level and my first time at MelOtt. So please bare with me and I navigate my way through everything. But I'm really looking forward to a great season. I did played little league softball when I was younger for about 10 years, so I'm very familiar with the game.

With that being said, I am also looking for some parents to help me out coaching. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My goal this season is simply to have fun. We'll work on basic skills and along the way learn some new skills. I really want them to have a great experience being around a great group of girls!

For equipment, the girls will need gloves, face-masks for the field, a batting helmet (with facemask) and a bat. The batting helmet can work in the field as well if you don't have a face mask.

Uniform information has not been given to me at the moment. So as far as pants. I will let you know.

I've been instructed to schedule at least 1-2 practices next week before a game schedule is finalized.

I'm looking at a Meet & Greet/practice on Tuesday, Aug 3 or Thursday, Aug 5 ~6-7:30P. Possible even both nights. So please let me know if there is a day better than the other. I would like as many girls as possible to attend.

Looking forward to meeting everyone soon. Please feel free to reach out to me any time with questions.

P.S. Sorry for the late email. Since the season was starting so quickly, they really wanted us to reach out to our team as quickly as possilbe
